Just amazing, one of the best culinary experiences I've had in years. Chef Dawn came highly recommended by a friend and exceeded expectations. Upon booking, she worked with us to create a menu that accommodated all my guests' allergies and diets. I was blown away by the result: an inventive multi-course dinner, elegantly presented and extremely delicious. Chef Dawn took the time to explain each course and the story behind them, which made each bite feel special. The highlight of the night was a Spanish paella, chock full of fresh seafood and cooked to perfection. Finished with cheesecake bites that were so good they made me giddy. We had a great time talking to Chef Dawn and didn't want the night to end. She was attentive from start to finish, answering every question and making sure everyone had what they needed.
